Wholesale terms and conditions - Effective 2022

Thank you much for your interest in our products! Please review our terms and conditions before placing an order

1) PRICING: 

• All prices are listed in US dollars.
• All authorized retailers will receive 50% off the MSRP FULL price, plus the cost of shipping.
• We cover the cost of shipment insurance for any shipments through USPS.
• Products or goods purchased from Billy Bibs shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) + 1 Us maximum (to help cover shipping costs).

2) PAYMENTS:

• The total amount shall be paid at time the order is placed. 
• We accept Credit Cards, Paypal, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

2) RETURNS:

• We take pride in the quality of our products, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please let us know no later than 7 days after receiving the package. We'll send back a return label and give your money back during the next 2 weeks after we receiving your package back in our warehouse. 

3) SALES CHANNELS:

We do not allow our products to be sold on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Ebay, Etsy or similar.  If this is your intention, please do not apply for a wholesale account.
